Short version: we collect only what is needed to give you an appointment, we do not sell or share it, and your clinical notes stay confidential at the clinic.

What we collect

When you request an appointment through this website we ask for your name, mobile number, an optional email address, and a short description of your complaint if you choose to give one. That is all — we do not ask for identity documents, insurance details or payment information on the website.

Like almost every website, our host records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type for security and to keep the site running. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

Why we collect it

Your details are used only so the clinic can call or message you about the requested time. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment. The website does not write bookings into the calendar — that happens at the clinic after we speak with you.

If you send the request by email or WhatsApp, those apps receive the message you chose to send. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not send marketing messages.

Medical records

Clinical notes taken during your consultation are part of your medical record and are kept confidentially at the clinic. They are not stored on this website and are never shared without your consent, except where the law requires it.

Who else can see your information

Once an appointment is confirmed by the clinic, it is kept in the doctor's calendar. The website itself is hosted on Cloudflare. Both are used as service providers only.

We do not share your information with any other third party, and we never publish anything identifiable about a patient — including testimonials or photographs — without explicit permission.

How long we keep it

Appointment entries remain in the clinic's calendar as part of the visit history. Medical records are retained as required for continuity of care. If you would like your contact details removed from our records, write to us and we will do it.

Your choices

You can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Just contact the clinic and we will respond.
